My Samantha Davies Mystery series is set in upstate New York near beautiful Lake George. Like Sam and Porkchop, hubby and I often visit one of the many beaches that dot the shoreline. Especially now when we are experiencing usually hot weather. Thomas Jefferson once referred to Lake George as-"Lake George is without comparison, the most beautiful water I ever saw;
